These conditions of sale govern the sale of products marketed by Catabbo I.A.C. srl through the website www.catabbo.it. All contracts for the purchase of products concluded, through the website www.catabbo.it and according to the procedures indicated therein, between the seller and the customer, will be governed by these conditions of sale (in accordance with Italian law and in particular with Legislative Decree no. 70/2003 relating to electronic commerce and Legislative Decree 206/2005 with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts). Any changes or new conditions of sale will be promptly reported to the customer, will be effective from the time of publication on the site and will be applied only to sales concluded after publication.
Acceptance of the conditions of sale
The contract stipulated between Catabbo I.A.C. srl and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by Catabbo I.A.C. srl. Acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer in any way. By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares to have read the information provided during the purchase procedure and to accept the conditions transcribed below. The Customer is therefore invited to carefully read these conditions of sale and to print or save them on another durable medium accessible to him.
How to purchase
The Customer can only purchase the products on the website www.catabbo.it at the time of placing the order as described in the relevant information sheets. The information supplied with the products is that provided by the manufacturer. The images on the site are provided to the customer to facilitate the recognition of the products. Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Catabbo I.A.C. srl by means of an e-mail reply, sent to the e-mail address supplied by the Customer. This confirmation message will contain the date and time of receipt of the order and an “Order Number”, to be used in any further communication with Catabbo I.A.C. srl, as well as a reference to these conditions of sale. In case of non-acceptance of the order, Catabbo I.A.C. srl undertakes to promptly notify the customer. All prices on the site are to be intended as prices to the public and, therefore, inclusive of VAT. Catabbo I.A.C. srl reserves the right to change prices at any time, without prior notice.
Terms of payment
The Customer can purchase the products on the website www.catabbo.it using different forms of payment, as indicated in the purchase procedure. Any additional costs relating to a specific payment method will be explicitly highlighted during the purchase procedure itself.
Delivery methods
Catabbo I.A.C. srl delivers its products through specialized couriers. Shipping costs, in general, are charged to the customer and are explicitly highlighted at the time the order is placed. Depending on the area of destination of the goods, deliveries may take place over a period of time ranging from 24 hours to 4 days, except for unforeseen circumstances (in any case no later than thirty days from the date of the order). Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer is required to verify their integrity, if the customer has doubts about the integrity of the same, he must indicate this on the delivery receipt. The customer will have 14 working days to check the integrity of the goods and communicate any damage in writing to info@catabbo.it. Within 14 working days Catabbo I.A.C. srl will refund the customer.
Right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 working days from the delivery of the purchased products, according to correctness and good faith, upon written communication to be sent to Catabbo I.A.C. srl by e-mail to info@catabbo.it. In the communication, the Customer must indicate the product or products for which he intends to exercise the right of withdrawal. Catabbo I.A.C. srl will, at its own expense, collect the product or products in question in the manner and within the terms that will be agreed in advance with the Customer, except for the renunciation of the return of the above. Catabbo I.A.C. srl will reimburse the Customer for all payments received for the product or products for which it has exercised the right of withdrawal (including the original delivery costs) within 14 days of the customer’s communication.
