Molise Rosso DOP

Ruby red exceptionally lively touched by a beam of light. Our receptors are flooded with the intensity and elegance of the many scents escaping from the bottom of the glass; the first ones to strike are undoubtedly linked to sweet spices, cinnamon, vanilla and there are certainly recognitions of black pepper and nutmeg; if we allow ourselves a break before we dive back into the world we just opened, the clear notes of cherries in alcohol, gum bread, and bitter chocolate will reach up, and finally a very good tobacco. Vincè is vehement to the mouth, the tannin in the role of lead actor with an elegant interpretation, perfectly balanced by a pleasant freshness and flavor. The well-defined progression of flavors of venezuelan criollo chocolate and a licorice stick caught on the hills will be long with us into the tasting of this trio of great grapes expertly assembled.
