Became aware almost by chance of Tintilia, Vincenzo Catabbo, a few years ago, he decided to try again the plant in his company, with the belief that if the result was satisfactory, would represent “the highlight” of his own wine production. The attention paid to the 10 hectares of vineyard Tintilia, distributed on the surfaces of “Colle Cervone” and “Terra Petriera”, the careful study done to identify the perfect area for cultivation, the evidence microvinification performed in the cellar with the different methods of vinification, have allowed to the bottle “Tintilia Catabbo” to take a significant and singular position.
